Job applicants for positions published by Morad Foods:
In connection with your participation in the recruitment and selection process for one or more of the jobs listed as available at Morad Foods, we may collect and process your personal data (e.g., the data from the CV you send us), for the purpose of selection, evaluating professional competencies for the job(s) you apply for, and for communication with you during the recruitment process.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest of Morad Foods.
To whom do we disclose personal data?
Morad Foods will not disclose (by sale or rental) your personal information to third parties.
Within Morad Foods, only a limited number of staff members, such as those in Sales, Accounting, Marketing, and IT departments, may have access to your personal data based on the need-to-know principle. These staff members are subject to confidentiality obligations regarding personal data. Morad Foods staff members have the right to manage personal data only based on instructions communicated by Morad Foods, in connection with their job responsibilities.

Service providers will have the right to use subcontractors in providing services to Morad Foods, provided that each subcontractor complies with the same data protection obligations as the service providers.
What is the retention period for personal data?
We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes mentioned in this Policy or for the period required by applicable national law, in compliance with the minimum legal retention periods and/or as long as necessary to exercise our legitimate rights (and those of others).
If you are a Customer or Business Partner, we will keep your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship with you.
If we have an ongoing business relationship with you as a Business Partner we will continue to retain this personal data until the termination of our business relationship and for the minimum retention period required by law.
