This policy explains what cookies are, how and why we use them on moradfoods.com, and how you can control them. Cookies are used in accordance with Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data in the electronic communications sector and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file, made up of letters and numbers, saved by your browser on the device from which you access the Website. Cookies allow the Website to function correctly and help us understand how it is used, so we can improve it.
2. The categories of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary — essential for the operation of the Website (for example remembering your cookie-consent choices). These cannot be disabled from the Website and do not require consent.
- Preference / functional — remember choices such as language or other settings, for a better experience.
- Analytics and performance — collect aggregated and generally anonymised information about how the Website is used (pages visited, duration, traffic source), for statistics and optimisation. For this we use traffic analysis tools such as Google Analytics. These cookies are activated only with your consent.
The Website does not currently use advertising / marketing cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and the consent mechanism.

- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) — for traffic statistics. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the opt-out add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google Maps — the map shown on the Contact page is provided by Google and may set cookies when loaded. The map loads only at your request (the “Load the map” button) or after you accept all cookies.
- Google reCAPTCHA: protects the Website’s forms against automated submissions; it loads on pages with forms and may set Google cookies (_GRECAPTCHA).
We do not control the cookies set by these third parties; we recommend that you review their policies.
4. Consent and its withdrawal
On your first visit, we may ask for your consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, through a dedicated banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the Website’s cookie settings or from your browser settings.
5. How long they are stored
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a set period (from a few days up to a maximum of a few years, depending on their purpose) or until you delete them.

In general, cookies do not contain data that directly identifies you. Certain identifiers (for example the IP address processed by analytics tools) may constitute personal data; their processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
