2. What data we collect

Through this presentation Website we collect data only when you provide it to us or through technical tools:

  • Through the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), the subject and content of the message.
  • Through the careers form: name, email, phone, preferred location, the CV submitted and the information it contains, as well as the optional message.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages accessed, visit duration, traffic source — collected through cookies and analytics tools (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (ethnic origin, political opinions, health data, etc.). Please do not include such data in messages or in your CV.

3. Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to contact requests — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in communicating with those who contact us (Art. 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR).
  • Recruitment — managing applications, based on consent and steps taken prior to a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
  • Traffic analysis and improving the Website — based on consent for analytics cookies (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Website security and fraud prevention — based on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Compliance with legal obligations, where applicable (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. How long we keep the data

  • Contact form messages — for as long as necessary to resolve the request and, afterwards, for a reasonable period for record-keeping, after which they are deleted.
  • Applications (CVs) — for the duration of the recruitment process and, if you consent, for up to 6 months after it ends, for future opportunities.
  • Analytics data — for the period set in the analytics tools’ settings.

We may keep certain data for longer periods where required by law.

5. Who we disclose data to

We may disclose data, strictly within the purposes above, to:

  • providers that support the operation of the Website (web hosting, IT maintenance, email services), acting as processors;
  • the traffic analytics provider (Google);
  • external consultants (legal, accounting), where necessary;
  • public authorities, where required by law.

We require all processors to provide contractual data-protection guarantees.

Google services used on the Website

The Website uses three services provided by Google Ireland Ltd. Each one is activated under different conditions:

  • Google Analytics 4: traffic statistics, enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner, with the IP address anonymised.
  • Google reCAPTCHA: protects the contact, careers and complaints forms against automated submissions. When a page with a form loads, Google receives the IP address and browser information. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Google Maps: the map on the Contact page loads only when you press the “Load the map” button or after you accept all cookies. Until then, Google receives no data.

Google may transfer data outside the EEA on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google’s policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

As a rule, data is processed within the European Economic Area. Certain providers (for example Google) may process data outside the EEA; in such cases, the transfer is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards (European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your rights

As a data subject, you have: the right of access, rectification, erasure (“the right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand). These rights may be limited in certain situations provided by law.

To exercise them, you can write to us at office@moradfoods.com.

8. Right to lodge a complaint

If you consider that the processing of your data infringes the law, you may contact the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP):

9. Minors

The Website is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you become aware of such a situation, please contact us so we can delete the data.

10. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy periodically. The applicable version is the one published on the Website at the time of access.
