These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website moradfoods.com (hereinafter the “Website”), a presentation site of the company and its brand portfolio. By accessing and using the Website, you agree to this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Nature of the Website
The Website is purely informational and presentational. It introduces the company, the brands and the Morad Foods product range. The Website is not an online shop: no sales, orders or online payments are made through it. Products are sold through our distribution partners and in retail networks.
3. Use of the Website
You undertake to use the Website in good faith and in accordance with the law. The following are prohibited, without limitation:
- using the Website for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in ways that may harm Morad Foods or third parties;
- attempting to gain unauthorised access to parts of the Website, its servers or related infrastructure;

The Website provides contact and job application (careers) forms. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the data you submit through these forms and for the fact that you are entitled to provide it.
